Tylor at the days inn, you're in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was so polite. He went out of his way to make sure I was accommodated with my reservation for the hotel which seemed to be completely booked, but he made sure that I was properly taken care and he handled it extremely well and at the same time was answering the phone with a very calm demeanor and almost reassuring other guests (without even speaking directly to them) that they shouldn't worry their issues were going to be handled. I was strongly relaxed and comfortable with him as anyone should be. I recommend staying here versus anywhere else in the area.And the prices for the rooms are the lowest in the area and the room was very clean on top of everything when I checked in.

I want to give a big shout out to the crew that work at this location. Marcey is very professional and light hearted and gives her all during her shifts. Tyler is awesome because he always lets me know what’s happening within the day on his shift. Very communicative. Ms. Mercedes is always awesome and every time I see her she is always with a smile and very welcoming and on top of everything. Ms. Ericka is doing very well and she’s light hearted and smiling. Ms. Dolly is super attentive and ready to communicate with you when you address her for concerns. This team is really awesome and they all are doing an absolute wonderful job. Love you guys and keep up the great butt kicking work y’all do.

I had to stay here for a week and the first thing I wanna say is this room was infested with German cockroaches. I had to spray the room so they wouldn't crawl into our beds. (That's why the photo looks greasy). As soon as I walked into the room I seen roaches crawling on the wall near the sink. The second issue we had was the TV was sort of old but the remote was a newer remote so we couldn't get the remote to work for the tv at all. I had to bring my own TV from the car in order to watch TV. Another small issue was that the microwave wouldn't cook our food completely. Positive: I didn't like anything.I never got to stay at the Days Inn. As soon as my reservation was booked within minutes, the manager called my personal cellphone and asked me why I was booking a reservation at "Her" hotel. She said she was canceling Negative: hotel employee never cancelled my reservation, and hotel employee paid in full, and my son's card was also Charged the first payment. hotel employee Days inn and was HUNG UP ON by front desk person. Taylor the assistant manager was great but unfortunately that was the only good thing. Motel outside smelled like urine, holes in the bathroom wall, the room smelled like cigarettes and weed. Watched a literal drug deal from people sitting on the floor outside the rooms and the fence outside has literal razor wire. We stayed about ten minutes but then we left. I didn't want my wife and service animal there. Sorry for the bad review.
