Days Inn by Wyndham St. Augustine I-95/Outlet Mall

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of our room during this stay.||Upon arrival, the bathroom was visibly dirty. There was hair throughout the bathtub and what appeared to be pubic hair on the toilet. The sink had residue and had clearly not been properly cleaned. The floors were so dirty that after walking barefoot across the room a few times, when I went to take a shower, the bathmat towel showed a clear footprint from the grime.||I messaged this info, with pictures, to the staff and never received a response. It was getting late so the next morning I used hot, wet washcloths to clean the floors. After wiping only a small area of the floor next to the bed (approximately 3 square feet), both washcloths were heavily soiled, which shows just how dirty the room was. I also sent

I only had one interaction with the front desk (which was checking in.) They were extremely friendly and patient. Even offered my daughter (4 years old) some candy for free if she wanted it. That went a long way for me. Our stay was pretty quiet and uneventful. I am happy with our experience. No complaints. We’ll be checking out tomorrow and I have not had one problem.

I’ve stayed at Hilton and Sheraton before, but nothing compares to this Days Inn. The hotel is beautiful inside and outside spotless, fresh, and truly welcoming from the moment you arrive. I stayed in Room 160, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. I was amazed to get such an excellent rate of $130.99, especially for this level of quality. The Spanish housekeepers deserve special appreciation they work so hard and keep everything shining like new. And the heart of this hotel is the finest manager, Imran. He treats every guest with respect, kindness, and professionalism. You can feel his dedication in every corner of the property. Positive: I rarely give feedback but this Days Inn deserves it. The staff has been amazing. I have a situation I have to take care of and they are being very kind and working with me. That says a lot about a hotel. Very rare. Negative: Everything is good. Towels are white, clean, and not dingy. The bedding is crisp and not gross. The floors are a nice tile like and the palm tree decor Pic that covers the wall is gorgeous.

The afternoon clerk was very nice and polite. He checked me in efficiently. My room was clean and efficient. The beds were very firm yet soft, very pleasant. The hot water was great. Housekeeping did a great job. Overall the hotel was great. Convenient location and close to all the tourist spots. Easy to get an Uber from there too. Plentiful parking and we'll lit. Very quiet. The morning clerk was very nice too when I checked out this morning. The only issue was the IHOP next door. I went there last night. The service was not so good. Dirty dishes on tables, dirty glasses and silverware- the waiter dropped a dirty napkin on my cutlery and asked me to give him the napkin (cutlery not replaced, no apology) lol but the food was great.
