The 4th star is only because of a night clerk who promptly upgraded me to a better room due to a bad sink faucet in the original sweet. The entirety of the hotel.is upkept but the elevator smells.of urine, there is a constant presence of fentanyl users in and about the area even to the point of nodding out in the stairwells with the drug and paraphernalia in their hands. I was harassed and threatened by Riverside PD at 3 am when I returned from Del Taco that's located across the street. Conveniently so is a police substation. They assumed I was a user and illegally stopped me, (I had parked and was gathering my food and dog when bright lights filled my cab and I was ordered/threatened to exit the vehicle. No causation given other than "it's just protocol" from the partner of the intrusive

Location is sketchy, homeless people asleep under stairs at night no security and police do nothing about it. was approached by a man selling drugs out of the hotel asking me if " I could help him out". My parents were locked out of their room for 4 hours due to the door lock mechanism getting stuck after they went out for dinner, as if it had been done on purpose, went down to customer service and he stated that his maintenance man does not come on property until 9:00 a.m, and thats when it would be handled. Mind you my mother is a cancer patient and her medicine, money, personals, eveything was in that room. Thank goodness for my stepdad being handy as he was able to get the door open with tools he had in his truck. Went back down to customer service and got a replacement room for them b

This place wasn’t a good place to stay. I felt unsafe. I didn’t expect to see a large crowd of homeless near the check in window. You can’t go into the office. It’s locked I’m thinking because of the large amount of homeless people out front. Same when you check out. The rooms were okay. I just felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Also had kids or people running around at 130 in the morning. Making all kinds of noise. Was crazy.

Positive: The location near the mall Negative: The room was dirty, comforter, hat, hose, and the curtains were stained, and there was holes on the wall. There was no breakfast no coffee, and there was people sleeping in the elevator.

A horrible experience upon arriving at the hotel. The first night at the hotel, we saw homeless people outside the parking lot and people selling stolen perfumes in the hallways. When we entered the room, my daughter said it smelled like cigarette smoke. Then we saw that the walls, beds, bathroom, furniture, and much more were all damaged. The most disgusting thing was seeing bedbugs in the beds. You can see the photos. Always check the beds before bringing your belongings into the hotel room. . I do not recommend this hotel...
