Days Inn by Wyndham Raleigh-Airport-Research Triangle Park

Highly recommend- if I ever am traveling through the area again this is where I will stay! For what we needed, a place to get some rest in between a long layover, this hotel was perfect. My flight landed early around 11:45am. I called the hotel and explained that I had a reservation for that day and that I knew it was too early to check in but wondered if I can still utilize the airport shuttle to the hotel. I figured I would walk to a nearby restaurant and kill some time before check in. The employee on the phone said "no problem I will send our driver now." Within about 5 minutes the driver was there. Once I got to the hotel I asked the front desk if there was anyway I could store my suitcase behind the front desk while I walked to get food until check in time. The front desk associate

The only negative I could give this place is that there is a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway. I don't know if they need better ventilation or what, but it's a lot. The rooms were fine and didn't smell at all. It's super-basic lodging. No frills. But it's cheap, simple, and gets the job done. The rooms had a fridge and microwave. Separate area for the sink and mirror, so two people can be getting ready in different stages. It was clean. The heater worked well and the people working there were nice. Food a quick overnight layover, it did the job at the needed value. Oh, and there's a Waffle House next door and store on the opposite side.

I’ve been staying at the Days Inn for a week or so now and the customer service is great. I have stayed in a few hotels but only a couple were actually worth writing a review for. This hotel is one of them! My kids and I enjoy our stay here and Stephanie is amazing! She stood out along with Carmen. The friendliest, respectful, and work motivated employees I’ve met in a long time.

This Days Inn was terrible! I had a night from hell there. The first thing I saw in my musty smelling room was a roach in the bathroom!! Then I tried to use the laundry facilities on the third floor, but they have NO AC on the third floor so it's incredibly hot and humid up there. There was a line for the washer and dryer and everyone was handling other peoples laundry without asking! At 5am when I woke up I found the floor of the room flooded with water from the AC! When I called the front desk about this they told me to use the room towels to clean it up myself. They did not offer to clean it or anything. I was on my own with their malfunctioning AC leaking all over the room! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

i had a great stay. clean rooms with a fridge and microwave. every staff member i encountered was impressively kind and helpful. continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. shuttle arrived every half hour which was great. can’t beat the location if you’re flying in or out. thank you!
