Days Inn by Wyndham Pittsburgh

The rooms were dirty ,the bath tub had ants in it. The windows were broke and they tried to blame us like I didn’t take pictures as soon as I got there . Complained about my decorations for my birthday , they stalked the cameras the whole time I was there wasn’t even an hour , complained about the people I had in a room I payed for and said I have to pay a extra 260 for people to be in my room on top of the money I spent on the room plus the $50 deposit . I had left they didn’t give me no money back and not even the deposit 0/10 will never come back here again DO NOT COME HERE . This place needs shut down they’re creeps.

I stayed over this past weekend due to the storm because it was close to work. My room was spotless, the staff were friendly and helped me when I did not know how to work the TV remote and hair dryer, I got stuck while entering the parking lot last night, Hotel staff shoveled around my tires and got me unstuck. Because I had to leave for work before breakfast was served the staff packed me a bag with a blueberry muffin, juice, water and an apple. I would definitely stay there again. I stayed at the Banksville Rd location

Where do I start? First, I wish I would have looked at the reviews better before I reserved a room. I reserved the room and within hours, I regretted it because I saw the horrible reviews from others. Theses reviews btw were not over exaggerating. This place is a dump. I tried canceling my reservation because the email said I could. When I called, I was told I could not cancel (LIE) I asked her if I could get a discount because of their reviews. She said she would talk to her manager. I called twice within 2 days and supposedly this manager never responded back to her text. I wasn't going to waste my money so I took my chances and stayed here. First off the way the highways set up,its a difficult location to get to even though its basically right on the highway. They say to reach out to their management team, but there is no way to do so. Update: The manager is on vacation and she refused to talk to me even on speaker phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This hotel does not have a pool year round, we found out after we had checked in as it is as they called it, seasonal. Also the entire lobby and hallway smelled horribly of weed. I asked to speak to the manager as I was not happy with the accomodations, and I was informed that it was outside of her working hours and they would inform her in the morning as they were instructed to not contact her. As a former manager myself, I know that one of the downsides of being a manager was that I would get calls at all hours, and this individual called one time, didn't leave a voicemail, nor would attempt to call

Positive: nothing I like about this hotel Negative: the way the receptionist when I came to the desk , no greeting , busy with his cell phone , the ceiling of the room need attention some hanging ceiling panel shifted, noise AC, feels uncomfortable for the cleanness ,
