Nice and safe place to stay. The staff is amazing. The are very helpful and understanding. Location is perfect for shopping and eating.

The lady at the front needs hospitality training. She didn't ask my boyfriend a single question regarding how many, what beds, upstairs or downstairs. The room had no coffee or safe and the pool and jacuzzi didn't even work! That was the only reason we chose that location! Our room was ok but none of the charger plug ins worked so we had no internet or WiFi and she didn't even offer to remedy the situation! Breakfast was horrible and wasn't stocked forcing me to dig around and try to find a simple coffee cup!

You get what you paid for. Room itself was fine, the bed was nice and the fridge was huge. The hallways/stairwell had an overpowering smell of cleaning supplies, cigarettes, and weed the entire weekend. Found vomit on the floor of the hallway Saturday and was still there when we checked out Sunday. I never saw anybody at the front desk. It's a fine location to get to the conference center and has plenty of shops and restaurants around.
