Days Inn by Wyndham Medford

I was caught unaware that a booking company received my call. I later realized this particular Days Inn had a no pet policy. In attempting to cancel the charge against my credit card I was not receiving the service I deserved. Mike (front desk) stepped up and made sure my money would be restored (in 7-10 days😒). I so appreciated his assisting me with the cancellation since I don’t think I would have gotten it otherwise. ||I learned an important lesson. When one requests a motel/hotel in a particular location, the number called is likely to a booking service. Be very careful. I think I’ve learned it’s best to go inside and deal with the front desk.

Firstly, let me say that JP, the lady at the check in counter, is very helpful, eager to assist and very pleasant, especially considering that we arrived at the hotel past midnight. She listed breakfast options nearby, gave us extra coffee pouches and was really keen to help us out. Unfortunately, the room was not of the same quality as JP. There were stains on my bedsheet, thank goodness to the side, there was no closet or hanger bar to hand any of your clothes and one of the beds was less than a foot from the air conditioner which required stacking pillows so that the air would not hit you directly. It was safe enough, the locks on the sliding door redundant and precluded any ingress, but overall, I would look somewhere else next time. A highlight is that the bathroom was spotless w

Excellent front desk service. Our room was very clean and user friendly as well.The price was also very affordable. Would recommend to others, and plan to return here next time we’re in Medford. I believe it will be our favorite place to stay from now on! Marisa

The experience was great. Quite, clean, spacious room. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely choose to stay again.

I have booked many places and I did not like it here and will never come back. If you stay here, never give your credit card information to this business unless you want to lose 10-20%($5,75) of your tip without asking. No one serves you but they still automatically charge your credit card even if you have paid in full for your stay. You will not have this problem in other places.
