Listen y'all, it's 55 dollars a night, you want better beds, you want better tv yada yada, go somewhere else! For the price, you get what you get, but they do spray for bugs, there lead housekeeper been here 45 yrs and is very prompt on service, the young black man I believe is a maintenance worker, very hard worker, front desk, black lady not so nice, sorry not sorry, owners are well versed in English, and if YOU ACT WITH RESPECT, THEY IN TURN ARE GREAT. ALL IN ALL FOR THE PRICE I CAN'T COMPLAIN. Facts

I had an absolutely awful experience at this property. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by a foul odor that made it difficult to stay inside. To make matters worse, I found roaches crawling in the room. It is clear that cleanliness and guest safety are not a priority here. Save your money and stay anywhere else. Pest issues are widespread throughout the property. In addition to the infestation in my room, I saw cockroaches in the lobby area, suggesting a property-wide problem that management is failing to address. I will be following up with the Knox County Health Department and TN Division of Consumer Affairs.

The price listed on the web site was about $80 less than what I was charged. I couldn't understand anything the desk clerk was saying. The room we stayed in was anything but clean. No towels, the mattress was collapsed on one side and the entire bed was off of the frame by at least 4". The microwave was filthy and the refrigerator was missing all of its racks/shelving on the inside of the door. The only upside is that the room appeared to be free of bed bugs. I am very disappointed, I don't recommend this place, even if they offered a "free" stay. I won't be ever be back, whether hell freezes over or not!!

Positive: nothing because it was just disgusting. Negative: Yes. the towels were dirty. the bed was dirty and had brown and red stains on them. the cleaning people were not nice what so ever. and when we went to check in, the hotel desk worker was also extremely rude.

Bring your own pillows as all 6 that were in the room were flat. Also they charge a $50.00 deposit in addition to the room fees you see here on this site. Was quite a shock; desk clerk said refund would be made 5-7 days after check out?? ***they take it instantly but I have to wait ***
