Days Inn by Wyndham Knoxville North

Our room was filthy. The main door safety lock was broken. My daughter and I had to move a table in front of the door to be safe. The shampoo and conditioner provided were already half used. The comforter was dirty. There were hairs in the bathtub. The sink did not drain. And to top it all off, there was a dead bedbug in the corner. When I brought this up to the check out staff, she was so rude & inconsiderate. We had traveled all day long. We just wanted to eat and sleep when we arrived. That is why we didn't ask for a new room. We were tired. Terrible staff. Terrible customer service.

Very rude staff hidden fees and when called they don’t take the time to resolve any problems. Rooms were filthy cob webs in the corners stains on the beds. Took an extra security deposit upon checking in and after it was expressed nothing was mentioned at initial booking staff member said you can just cancel and go somewhere else. Upon going through the rooms we noticed stains on the pillows and asked for different sheets which was met with attitude and once again hearing you can go somewhere else. Staff member never disclosed her name but be weary upon check in and make sure to take photos of everything if you do check in to make sure they don’t con you out of the additional deposit.

Did not feel safe at all, Front staff was confrontational, made me turn her bathroom light off, the room had cobwebs roof was falling, you couldn’t shut the bathroom door it hits the toliet. The door you could tell it’s been kicked in. And a gang name was carved in the bathroom door. And paint was peeling the ac didn’t work. And the beds were wet. Ask for another room because of the issues and the ac she said they are all like that and then akwardly aggressively followed us to a new room we passed a bunch of people sitting in the walk way smoking weed. We did not feel comfortable telling her we were leaving. Abandoned the room went to eat told waitress we were trying to get our money back and a new hotel told her where we left she said oh wow they have overdoses and a murder a few days ag

Positive: Location Negative: Well, a murder occurred four doors down from mine on July 15, 2025 and the toilet was filthy when my wife and I arrived. The pipes in the shower were really loose and the shower didn't drain. The water had so much chlorine in it that it burned our eyes

The staff is not friendly. The rooms are very run down and trashy. Barley clean when I got to the room terrible place I ordered pizza and the poor guy was terrified of delivering it because how rough the area is. The hotel and the people who stay in it is trashy and sketchy. very disgusting place from top to bottom inside and out. Trash in the parking lots glass,used needles. I could go on and on about how bad and nasty it is here if your able to do not stay here you won't feel safe or secure.
