Days Inn by Wyndham Jonesboro AR

I can't believe people pay to stay here. I am not ever a complainer but this hotel is not good. The first room I was in had a missing lamp shade, no phone, an alarm clock with no outlet. The microwave had no outlet and the fridge was plugged in to a very loose outlet but didn't work. There were 2 TVs but only 1 worked as long as the cord didn't fall out of the loose outlet. I asked to be moved and the second room has a phone but no alarm clock, no fridge, no microwave and 2 missing lamp shades a light bulb. I am so upset with myself for not getting the insurance so that I can leave this place and never come back.

Online reservations site was malfunctioning; it changed my reservation to a different date and a different room; I was able to update the date but we had to change the room at checkin.||The room reeked of fragrance (all other rooms were either occupied or in disrepair); the room took five hours to air out to a tolerable level; I’m still experiencing respiratory issues from the air quality. No microwave, no iron, no hangers; had to ask for towels. Numerous condition issues throughout the room and property; smoke detector was missing, ice machine was out of order, phone did not work properly. The pool was disgusting & totally unusable.

This place was very sketchy and nothing like advertised. The room was absolutely disgusting. If it wasn't valentines weekend and my mom in the hospital I would have left.

We didn't make it to our rooms because after having them reserved for well over a month for non smoking - they only had smoking available for us . It looks nothing like the photos - the pool had sludge all over the top and was dirty dirty. So I'd be concerned about the rooms. However the staff were polite and helpful and directed us to another hotel with non smoking rooms available for the same price
