Days Inn by Wyndham Hemet

Booked here due to website said it was renovated, yet, Floors dirty, pee on toilet, sheets yellow stained, AC old, pool advertised was inoperable and empty I should have looked at this room before we paid I Asked for Refund after returning from a meeting and was denied Never Again!

The lady who helped me was nice, location is good, that street you can find everything. Room was dirty, even one pillowcase was burn, the other ones were stain that looked like blood, floor was sticky, bedding dirty, shower nasty.

Positive: The cleanliness of the room was great. Negative: The pool was why I book the roo.. there is a pool and they do not plan on fixing or filling.

Rooms were a mess, tv don't even work, shower was filthy, didn't have hand soap, mattress blankets were dirty, there was bugs on the bed and didn't realize it until next morning that I woke up with a rash on my arm.

I would never ever book with this hotel again! They will never get my business. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. That’s why all the ratings are so bad. The hotel customer service they provide is so horrible. The front desk lady didn’t know what she was doing.
