Great place to live my mother loved it she had taken her last breathe in there. My name is Kurtis Bealer by the way we had been in # 344 since July 2021 all the way till January of 2025. RIP Michelle (Shelly) Ann Anderson and Mickey Dee tha Kitty Cat. RIP February of 2025. We are now awaiting probate to grant the property in my name so I can put it on market and have my realtor sale it. It's taking long but it'll benefit me once it's done thank you Lord may you bless me and my fiance Deeana Buffa soon to be Bealer and my mother's soul as well. Thank you Hoa And staff for being patient with our young asses and putting up with us. You will get your fees I owe once we get the property sold. Amen

It was great when we rented and then purchased but has gone down hill. Infrastructure failures because of age and break ins, theft and property damage. It was an absolutely great place to spend our winters but now not so much......We sold

HOA here is a-joke!!! If you have a dog this is not the place to be you are not allowed to have two dogs living with you. I have the same routine my dog always goes to the bathroom at home she stopped by the fire hydrant to smell on the way home. HOA lady Comes over with a piece of paper trying to Make me take it so I will know my dog is allowed to walk the sheet of paper she was trying to hand me has yellow highlights. I needed it so I can see where dog is allowed to walk I informed her she didn't go to the bathroom I stopped for her to smell the fire hydrant that was not acceptable to her. You own the property but yet if you park your 2 vehicle side by side it's a violation. If you forget to park your vehicle at night in the visitor parking spot it will cost you $412 to pick it up the n

I live here. You can own your space and RV/Motorhome. The people are friendly. The HOA fee is low - affordable. I highly recommend it for Seniors 55 and older.

Very Beautiful nice quite place.. very friendly place several clubhouses, laundry rooms
