I visit friends here and absolutely love this location, environment and all the staff that keep this place. Im a local handyman and always look for locations that deserve acknowledgement.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Kim enforces rules when it benefits her but refuses to follow them herself. She sets one standard for tenants while living by another, and even allows tenants to sell her marijuana in front of her own kids — completely unprofessional and concerning. Her assistant manager, Christina, is no better. She constantly yells at tenants, pries into matters that don’t concern her, and even goes through people’s case files to dig up personal information. She parks in handicap spaces without a tag or sticker, showing complete disregard for others, and operates with zero professionalism or integrity. To make matters worse, there’s no way to file a legitimate complaint about these managers through their business — any issues raised will simply be buried or hidden b

So far so good. Reasonable rates by the month. Old RV's are welcomed. Some families and seniors live here. It is there home and a place they can afford to live. Nothing wrong with that. This is one of the nicest place we have stayed. The staff is very friendly and nice. Big laundry room and jacuzzi. The pool has been closed the whole time we stayed here. When we checked out they had opened the pool. To late for us, we needed to do our pool therapy.

Absolutely floored by what units they showed me. Been talking to a lady named Kim for about 3 weeks until I decided to just drive up there and she mislead me with some wonderful pictures of a unit but when I showed up another lady showed me one that reaked of a dog smell and looked nothing like the pictures I was confirmed it wasn't correct by the woman giving me a tour. I couldn't even walk in the smell was horrendous. The people before was evicted and the stickers was still in the window and they was very unprofessional and absolutely not attentive if I've been leaving messages for the appropriate people to get back to me regarding this property. I could already tell what problems I would run into with staying at this location. I would not recommend.

I've lived here a little over 3 years and the manager and employees are wonderful. The location is great. The amenities are lovely and a nice addition. And everyone always waves and are very friendly and have been very welcoming to our family over the years. Between the morning coffee, bingo night, and family movie night, and and weekend breakfast and so many other wonderful things and events. This has been a blessing during a rough transition time for our family. Thank you guys for being so great over tbe years!! Elizabeth n Scotty n kids
