Hampton Inn & Suites Hemet

The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff were very accommodating and sweet. The pool was less than I had hoped for, but it wasn’t that big of a deal b/c ai was visiting family and needed a place to crash. Everything was really good…..||||Until I realized I had bed bug bites all over my back and legs. I just arrived home and didn’t even open my suitcase. Going to have to wash everything in hot water. ||Kinda a bummer b/c I thought the hotel was otherwise great.

Rochelle at the front desk was better than amazing. She is attentive and simply the best at her job. She explained everything was patient & went the extra mile to provide superb customer service!!!

Room was clean a well kept property, we felt their breakfast has really lost its shine limited selection bare bones.

Very easy check-in and check-out. Room was spacious and quiet. I went for a work trip and it was perfect. Thank you. 😊
