If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is AWFUL! DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you like to wake up with baby roachs crawling all over you and being woke up to people yelling all hours of the night. This place is DISGUSTING. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed in downtown LA. Do not waste your hard earned money on this place. !

If you are a person who checks reviews, this business is not meant for you. If you are looking to commit murder, film porn, or do drugs, then it’s perfect. No room key, had to be let into our room. No hot water. No smoke alarm. Broken outlets. Bugs. Graffiti in the bathroom reads, “Amanda, you are an awful human being… if that’s what they refer to you as.”

I come here often. Owners and housekeeping are VERY nice and welcoming. Rooms are great but this room in particular made it a bit unsafe! Rooms do need to be re-done STAT. I checked into our room and immediately I always check if everything is in working condition. Today I checked everything was good but the BATHROOM. Bathroom ceiling was tearing, water all over the floor near the toilet.

The room had cockroaches, a broken TV, and a door that wouldn't latch close or lock so any of the nearby drug addicts that roam the area could wander into the room if they'd like. The people in the room above mine were partying all night and it was impossible to get any sleep. I asked the staff if they could move my room or have them be quiet. They would not do either so I decided to leave at 1:30am to find a better place to stay. I asked for a refund since I was only there for a couple hours and they wouldnt do anything to fix the situation, and was told yes, but I would need to call the next morning. I called a few hours later at 9am only to be rudely told the next day that they will not do a refund. Great place to go if you're looking to buy or do drugs, but would not recommend if you

The owners and managers are exceptionally nice!! They are understanding and take care of their guests !!! It’s a great place to stay !! Feel safe here !
