Days Inn by Wyndham Hays

Very nice, clean room. Allowed my pup (for a fee) and put us in a room where it was easy for him to go right outside our room to "do his business" so his 16 year old legs didn't have to go very far! In the morning, checked out the breakfast. All items were LUKEWARM.. Coffee, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits all barely warm. No juice, yogurt or fresh fruit at all. Went elsewhere to eat.

Positive: Easy to find and get to and a decent breakfast Negative: The air conditioner in the room did not work very well.Notice this on check in asked for another room.Didn't have anything available.We made it work for our stay.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The person at the desk was professional and addressed our needs promptly. Being senior citizens, he gave us a room on the first floor so we didn’t have to use the stairs. The breakfast was also great. If we are ever in Hays again, this hotel will certainly be our choice to lay our heads for the night.

I stay at Days Inn in Hays Ks frequently. Easy access to the Main Street. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Rooms are always clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plus it’s in a safe area.

We stayed here right before Thanksgiving and got 3 rooms. All 3 of the bathrooms had mold and someone else’s hair all over them. One bathroom was bad enough that our kids wouldn’t shower it, they came to our room to shower. 2 of the showers didn’t work right but they were usable. A couple of the beds were covered with hair as well. The breakfast was subpar, but it worked. The coffee and drink machine were broken. There were just a couple of things to choose from. One of the workers took all of the eggs and the last of the coffee for themselves, so we had to do without. The other worker said they couldn’t make any more even though it was 7:30am. We were also charged way too much so now I am having to dispute the charges with my credit card. We pass through here often and will never stay her
