Days Inn by Wyndham Fresno South

Positive: Location was easy to find Negative: No water in the rooms except for tapwater and three paper cups; no coffee maker in the room; thread, bare comforter; and small bars of soap.

On Saturday Jan 31, 2026. We checked in , was inform that there was only 2nd floor available. There was no room available on the first floor. Again, I ask The clerk walk and hold a clip board, * it's all taken show a list then she said well their only 170 the door don't work , but 180 is available . ,I could see there were rooms open I went back to check back 3am. Next clerk said some room are out order. I ask him, what room are available he 132. And 138. . I told him it's has nothing to do with him .......how that clerk treat us. .....May God bless her , for lying.... She very much discriminated our options with extreme prejudice........I know I can sleep at night. And I don't have manipulate. Customer service. Note...........Many times I did let go....only told managers bef

3 couples in 3 rooms. All rooms had showers that could not be used because you had to pull so hard the plumbing would break, dirty floors and no screens. 2 rooms the locks on doors did not work and one door looked like it had beeen kicked in. 2 small towels and 3 hand towels only. No advertized hair blower, coffee or ice bucket. Nice parking and close to cars with camera's, nice staff and big fridge. I am surprised to find Wyndham name on this hotel.

It was so dirty. There was three pillows on the bed and each one had to stand on it. There was also a stain on the mattress cover. The safety latch on the front door was busted and it was missing a screw. The front door was busted up and it looked like it had been kicked in before. The bathroom door needs to be replaced because it is disgusting. And the light fixture in the bathroom had a orange stain inside it. The fire detector was missing. When I walked in the room it smelled like someone had been hot boxing cigarettes in there and then they sprayed a ton of air freshener or Lysol. The Lysol made no sense because everything was dirty. The overpowering smell of cigarettes and cleaners literally gave me a headache. There was a cigarette burn in the shower curtain. Crumbs all over around t

This place is an absolute dump and it is infested with roaches and bed bugs everywhere regardless of what time of day it is. The building is full of mold they tried hiding by painting over it, the shower rail was 2 seconds away from coming off the wall, and the wall was going with it. Great place to kick it with roaches or if u don't want to sleep. I personally would like to sleep n not worry about bugs crawling all over me .. with the lights OFF... the staff was decent mediocre at best, with the exception of the pretty Asian looking girl that was working at the front desk when I was there. She was a sweetheart and very nice and respectful. She was probably the 1 and only good thing about this days inn location that I did like. I wish I could remember her name to give her props and say t
