I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews like this, but this one genuinely pissed me off. We stayed here this past weekend and what I experienced wasn’t just disappointing, it was straight-up greedy and cheap behavior disguised as “policy.” They kept my $50 deposit over “stains on the bed,” and one of those stains was from my daughter, who has a legitimate bleeding disorder and started her period unexpectedly during the night. The other was minor food staining. We’re talking about white hotel sheets… the literal reason hotels use white sheets is so they can bleach and sanitize them. That’s basic industry standard. Positive: the comfort of the bed and pillows Negative: the smell of mildew as you walk into the room. each day someone, probably cleaning staff, tried to come into the room while I was there but i had the door jam so they didn't come in the room all the way. it scared me. breakfast was only toast & yogurt

This motel it's nice and all but the staff is rude the lady is a witch and rude we paid for our son stay there for the night and paid a 75 deposit and ws told that since the dog was a service dog there wouldn't be no deposit but we was charged one and because my son was 15 minutes late they keep the whole 75 dollar deposit. We have tried to talk to late who runs the front but she is so rude and keeps hanging up on us and being so rude so no I wouldn't recommend this motel for anyone

I’ve stayed in a lot of budget hotels over the years, so I don’t go in expecting luxury but I do expect basic fairness. This place failed at that completely. What stood out most wasn’t even the condition of the room or the lack of advertised amenities… it was how quickly they chose to keep my deposit over something that should have been handled as routine housekeeping. They claimed there were “stains” on the bed and used that as justification to keep $50. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. Everything is clean and the beds are comfy. We will definitely be back once my son starts college!
