Days Inn by Wyndham Conway

The bed was nice, but we had NO hot water. Praying we get our money back, because we are leaving early. Luckily we live in Little Rock so we are not far from home. I feel for anyone who is. Update: I still have NOT received my refund of $124.00. I've been going back and fourth with Booking.com and THEM. They keep ducking and dodging Booking.com. The manager is ALWAYS OUT. I've already ready 2 weeks for refund. Now they just told Booking.com to call back on MONDAY! DO NOT STAY HERE! THESE PEOPLE HAVE TOOK MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT GIVEN ME BACK A DIME!

Nice place. Clean, quiet and cozy. No coffee maker. Breakfast room was clean. Well decorated with heavy Iron tables and chairs. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was scant. Pancake machine, cold cereals |, yogurt and apples. Being on a busy road it was quiet.

Tried to book a Queen efficiency room or king suite and I was told they were all booked. I stayed 3 nights and only 7 rooms were rented so that was a lie. Would have been nice to have a kitchenette during a massive ice and snow blizzard. Man at the front desk had zero personality and was downright rude. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, BUGS IN MATTRESS,black mold on bathroom ceiling, giant hole on bottom of entry door to room with a constant, frigid breeze and snow blowing in, sink and tub would not drain properly so I had to stand in dirty shower water and washing hands in sink was impossible because it took forever to drain, hairdryer was broken, filth around bathtub faucets and tub towel rack, missing towel rack in sink area. Rim of toilet was black and disgusting with foul odor. This

Eaten alive by BEDBUGS. Had to leave in the middle of the night. Mold in bathroom, large gap in entrance door that is big enough for bugs and possibly small rodents to get in. Poop on rim of toilet. Front desk staff are rude. Also, my boss stayed here last week for 3 days and her room was way worse than mine. She was stranded there because of the storm. They offered her only 1 nights stay refund after they promised her a full refund. Don't book this place for your employees. It's a dump.
