Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus-North Fort Moore

This is one of the worst hotels ever! Staff are incompetent and rude. There was no breakfast, just toast and coffee, everything else was broken. No hot water and manager didn't believe us. Plumber just barged in as we were still getting dressed. 1st room was incredibly dirty and not cleaned, 2nd room next door at least the trash was taken out. Every night they had no extra pillows or blankets, barely any extra towels. Seriously outdated building. These people should not be running a hotel and this building needs to be shut down. Everytime they were informed of something wrong they acted like it was not their problem and didn't care!!!!!

Always stay there when I go home location is just great for me. Staff is always friendly and polite. My room is ready when I get there is the breakfast gets me started. Thank you

Got into town at 2:20pm, went in and asked the woman if they had any rooms. She said, I’m a rude manner, “I will at 3!”. No good afternoon, how are you, nothing. I went next door to Comfort Inn and asked the lady who greeted me very pleasantly if they had any rooms, and she said they did and checked me in early, even though the sign next to her said 3pm. A little pleasantness goes a long way and it won’t hurt to make an exception sometimes. Days Inn, take note.

Positive: The lady who checked me in (don't remember her name) was very friendly. She explained everything clearly and completely. Negative: The lack of security at the pool. Some people have no manners when others are around, especially children. Maybe having security would solve the issue of indecent things happening in front of children.

The room was dirty and infested with cockroaches. The curtains wouldn't fully close, I had to tie them with a hairtie to close them. Despite that, there were holes worn into the curtains too. When they "cleaned" the room on our second day there, they only straightened the beds. The toilet was used and not flushed, there was a dirty washcloth left in the tub, and the sink was left dirty too. I HOPE they didn't have bedbugs as well. I didn't see evidence, but I have a few new bites and I can't tell if they were mosquito, cockroach, or bedbug bites. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again.
