Days Inn by Wyndham College Park Airport Best Road

I did not have an experience because I CHOSE TO LEAVE. I planned to stay at this hotel because I had an early morning flight and I did not want my sister or her family to wake up at 4:00 AM to drop me off at the airport. Unfortunately, things did not go the way i envisioned , Now before I describe those issues, I would like to point out I had excellent customer service. The representative that assisted me was helpful during the check in and refund process. Ultimately, I decided to leave because of the following issues:||1. My room reeked of smoke (a mixture of cigarette/cigar) and other unidentifiable odors.|2. The room was NOT cleaned: I saw dead bugs and pubic hairs on the sheets and the mattresses were stained and looked nasty|3. The bathrooms were unsanitary - the tub was not clean a

I first got the room with smell of smoking. Fortunately, staff helped to change to room with a better smell one.It was acceptable condition but not very clean especially the floor. The bed and other things were good.In conclusion, it is good for the location and price with acceptable condition. May be need to aware of smell.

I was asking for an early check in like even 45 minutes before 3 because I was already so stressed and tired. My flight got cancelled twice for 2 consecutive days. I was stranded in Florida and got stranded in Atlanta because of the blizzard. They don’t allow early check-in even it’s just only 45 minutes away. I was willing to pay for extra too but no, they don’t allow it. So I waited till 3pm. When I got into the room, it was so dirty and smells like smoke and weeds. The floor is dirty that you can feel something on your feet. I tried to call them through the phone in the room but no, it’s not working. There’s a wire but it’s not operating (no sounds or whatever). And lastly, the bed. It was disgusting. I got bed bugs in my back and right now I have to go to the clinic because of that. Im

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The room was in very poor condition. The floor had visible stains, the table and desk surfaces were sticky with food crumbs, and both the refrigerator and microwave were unclean — the microwave was burnt inside and there appeared to be mold/fungus in the appliances. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor. The bathroom fixtures and taps were dirty and difficult to even touch. The towels smelled bad and did not appear properly washed. Most concerning, the room had cockroaches. We noticed them crawling on the bed near the pillow during the night. The room was not clean nor was the sheets! The bathroom was the filthiest. The service and the location was the best! The tub had hair all in it like somebody had just took a shower and left their pubic hair behind. So basically the housekeepers are not doing their jobs.OTHER THAN THE HOUSEKEEPING IT WAS VERY CONVENIENT AS FAR AS THE DISTANCE TO WHERE I WOULD BE GOING, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THEY MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED.
