Days Inn by Wyndham Coeur d'Alene

We had the most incredible romantic getaway, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the extraordinary hospitality of the staff. When our original plans fell through, they were incredibly helpful and handled our cancellation for free with no hassle. Not only did they save us money, but they also surprised us with a better room at a cheaper rate than our initial booking! From start to finish, they accommodated every need and made us feel so special. This hotel truly values its guests—we can’t wait to come back! I’d also like to add that the manager was extremely helpful throughout our entire experience, which made it even more meaningful!

We spent one night at Days Inn as we were passing through town. It was not far off the highway, easy to find, and ample parking. The location was also across the street from a nice selection of places to eat, all within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and we were not bothered by street noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not great, but across the street was a Starbucks. I would stay here again.

The ladies who work the front desk were excellent. Very friendly and baked the cookies for a little dessert in the evening. Excellent, nice and soft. I would suggest to management that if you have a customer coming into a certain room it would be nice if you turn the refrigerator on ahead of time. It would be nice if you had some fresh eggs for breakfast rather than the same thing everyday.

Pretty run down, but the beds were nice and the shower was hot. Breakfast was decent. Security wasn’t great (all outside doors are unlocked most of the time) and things were a bit rickety, but the area itself seemed nice. I would choose the Sleep Inn at Washington State Line over this hotel in this area if traveling with pets. It has newer rooms and more amenities (a 24 hour pool!) and a bit better breakfast although the beds were smaller, but super comfortable.
