Days Inn by Wyndham Brooksville/Dade City

Stayed at the Brooksville, FL Days Inn property, probably the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. Sadly, we are stuck staying here as it is the only hotel in the area that allows pets. We are in town visiting my elderly parents who asked that I bring my dog who they were hoping to see one last time, we drove 19 hours from Philly. Besides the dirt, hair and mold lining the floorboards and tub, my daughter and I spent over an hour cleaning - turning our shower from a dark grey back to mostly white, cleaning our toilet and surrounding walls and floors, removing urine and feces caked and stained on all surfaces. The screw on the back of the toilet seat was exposed and caked in urine and who knows what else, there was some kind of black mold in the corner of the wall between the tu

There are 4 other hotels at this exit, I will stay in one of those regardless of the price next time. Stay here if you love people standing around yelling and smoking cigs. This place is dingy and grimey. The bathroom and shower area were gross and there were whiskers all over the sink area when we checked in. Breakfast is pretty slim and just microwaved stuff they bring out. 2 stars for the pancake maker.

It was a nice stay. The bed was comfy and the pillows too. Sean was the one usually at the desk and was fantastic. Everyone was fantastic though. From house keeping to the front desk. Everyone was fantastic! When I Come back I will be staying here again! Thanks all the people who took care of me during my stay.

The room smelled like dirty clothes & the baseboards were stapled to the wall. Mold between the shower wall & tub, toilet very nasty close to rim, floors were dirty, bedding stunk!! First time staying in this level of motel & never again!!

This budget-friendly motel was a bit of a mixed bag for my wife and me. The room was neat and tidy, but it had some dirt, hair, and food particles scattered around. The TV worked fine and the bed was slightly comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked well until it overloaded the circuit and shut off in the middle of the night. The noise from Route 98 was constant, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. In the morning, we tried to get some of the continental breakfast, but it was mostly gone and there wasn’t anyone restocking it. We grabbed a cup of coffee instead, but it tasted more like tea than coffee. The “robust” flavor selection was a mistake.
