Days Inn by Wyndham Bronx NYC

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked Days Inna at Bronx (East Gunhill & Webster) and it was horrible! 1. There was no hot water. I brought this to management attention and their first response was “nobody else complained”. They did not resolve this. 2. There was a disturbance room next to mine at 1 am in the morning. Two men had an altercation and there was a lot of shouting and strong words being used. I left for my safety. I complained to management and nothing was done. 3. Noise level from outside kept me up the entire night.

Very comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom. great location. above my expectations for a last minute hotel.

Stayed there a couple of months ago. Only one single night. It's in the hood and you cannot sleep because of loud shouting just outside the window. Breakfast was only an apple basically. Everything smells like weed there. It's horrible. Don't do it.

Horrible Management!! My debit card was charged for a transaction and I never in my life stayed there nor been to Bronx. Spoke to manager who is unprofessional and obviously likes to steal money so now in process of preparing lawsuit against him and hotel as bank and i have requested refund be made numerous of times. Beware

My stay was horrible . There was no hot water. The TV was not working and on top of that they gave someone our room key and they walked in on us while we were sleeping . I asked for an accommodation and we was ignored !
