Days Inn by Wyndham Augusta/Fort Eisenhower

I had a room there and I called to ask to be transferred to said room and whoever this man is they have at the desk at night keeps picking up hanging up in my face I understand not being able to transfer but to pick up and hang up constantly like I can't come up there is bizarre. I've stayed there numerous times for many reasons and I understand you do get what you pay for, but to be rude for no reason when I've literally stayed there more times than any of us can count id pissing me off

The man at the desk on this day is rude as hell. And I've stayed there plenty times with no issues. And the cleaning lady cant clean how she needs to with her boyfriend following her around to every room so they put him to work to.

Me and my friend booked a room here in person around 9:45-10pm. We booked a king room for 1 night. As soon as we walked in the smell of the room was awful. it reeked of spoiled milk and a$$. We immediately left and went back to the front desk and asked for a refund because we were not comfortable staying here the lady (i did not get her name) refused and said no refunds, so we asked could we have another room. she responded “that’s the only room we have available” with a smirk on her face without even checking to see if it was. Which i believe there were other rooms. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Staff at reception was really accommodating and polite.

This is hands down the worst place to stay in Augusta, GA. The “no smoking” room reeked so badly of cigarettes it gave me a migraine—I had to sit in my truck just to breathe. Their so-called text line for issues? Pointless. No one answers. The bed felt filthy, like something was biting me the second I sat down. They refused to cancel, refund, or fix anything. I’ve stayed at plenty of budget motels—this isn’t one of them. This is a dirty, smoke-infested nightmare. Do not waste your money. You’ll regret it. No way those positive reviews are real.
