The staff was nice and courteous. The customer service was great. My stay was pleasant. My room was clean; but the air conditioner vent was dirty.The shower pressure was amazing and the water stayed hot.

Positive: A lot of parking Negative: Did not have breakfast at the hotel and I stayed there over 30 days and they wanted me to use another name to check in with

Everything was terrible in the experience here. While checking in the people seemed rude we check into our room it smelled like smoke and the smoke alarm was covered by a bag good crumbs all over the floor the microwave was covered in food and the fridge had food all over the inside and smelled terrible. When checking out was asked if the room had flooding in the bathroom also which was not the case. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

My experience once again was amazing this time at the front desk I was taken care of by Prajna. She is the sweetest. Giving a room that I requested which is always great for me. Being that I am handicap. I had 127 again. And although the tub was stopped up the last time, which is one of my favorite things to do when I’m renting a hotel room is take a bath. This time, it was and I’m so happy about that, I didn’t complain. Which lets me know they are keeping the rooms up! ||-Queen Rose

I checked into the hotel upon checking in the TV did not work the person at the front desk had to come and mess with the TV move it around changed some cords around to get it to work it works for about an hour didn't work again had to call him back out again didn't work again had to call him back out again. The heater didn't work it was either hot or nothing there were no clean towels the beds were hard as a rock rooms were very dirty was not offered to move a room with the issues with the TV or the heater then when I requested a refund was advised that no I would not be getting a refund even though nothing was stated as it should be and half of the items that I should have had access to use didn't work
