Customer Reviews
I will absolutely not be returning to this establishment. The property looks nothing like the online photos…unless the pictures were taken in an alternate universe, and immediately gives off a charming “this might be the end for me” vibe. I reserved a two-queen room, yet somehow ended up in what was described as a single queen but felt suspiciously like a twin. The atmosphere inside the room was… let’s call it hauntingly unsettling. The only thing clean was the bed, and the room smelled strongly of bug spray, which is never the comforting scent you hope for. The toilet ran nonstop, the furniture looked like it had survived several natural disasters, the mirror was sitting in the floor behind the tv with a mysterious hole and there appeared to be a long-term resident sprinting in and out
★★☆☆☆ – Not Worth the Price Hike Booked online for about $65, but after realizing my room was a smoking room, I asked to switch. Staff claimed they were fully booked and only had a two-bed room available—with an extra charge and a “switching” fee. The total climbed to $123, which is absurd for what you get. Pros: Good parking, right outside your door. Wi-Fi is surprisingly strong. Cons: Cockroaches. Water takes ages to heat up. Beds are stiff; pillows are terrible. Room looks spacious but feels old and neglected. Front-desk staff were pushy about paying in cash instead of card, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Breakfast is a joke—just donuts, cereal, and coffee. For this price, at least offer some real food. Functional if you desperately need a stopover, but expect
Gross. Do not stay here. I wish I would have read other reviews before booking. Nasty. I feel like I need a course of antibiotics after staying there. Also, of you wanted to shower, you either got scalding hot water or cold. No in between. Not exaggerating. Burn marks/holes everywhere. Safety latch on door was broken. Front desk and housekeeping were really nice and doing their best with what they're given.
Positive: "" Negative: The room had a bad odor. When I turned on the heat, in the morning, it smelled like someone had urinated in the HVAC unit. Tables were sticky, like they had not been cleaned in a while. In the morning, I had a bug crawl across my phone screen.
I travel with two Standard Poodles. Both of them are pretty big dogs too. The gentleman got me all check in a little early, and went to my room with my dogs in tow. Clean rooms, nice large tvs, small Continental breakfast, and good coffee. What else do you need for a nights rest.
