I never write reviews like ever. However this place needs a real overhaul. The room keys to our first room didn't work then we went to change them and the second key worked for the first room. Then the beds were filled with some kind of debris that made it crunchy even after I had to change my own sheets the new sheets had the same issue. We moved rooms twice and the first room had a hole in the wall staff claimed not to know was there. Then to top it off after moving rooms twice there were roaches in the bathroom. The thing they call breakfast is laughable as well it was all cold and 2 out of the 3 drinks didn't work and the one that did was watery. If you have the ability go anywhere else. The staff was polite and courteous but when I stayed here it didn't matter. We only ended up stayin

Unfortunately, I will never stay here again. Website overview is deceiving!! Positives first. Front desk check in staff was very nice. Room was nice for the price. Negatives. We got off on the 4th floor and it just smelled of weed. The pool had a foamy film floating all around it. Never have seen that before! Breakfast is a joke! Toast and cereal (1) choice and waffles and some fruit. I would suggest Hampton Inn in Hammond for your stay. MUCH NICER HOTEL than this place!! SAME PRICE!!

Positive: "" Negative: The exterior doors were not secured - never locked, no card key only access. Room cleanings only every 3 days, we stayed 3 nights - asked for extra towels, never received. Room was damp and dark. Shower curtain was yellowing and dirty.

I traveled with family and requested an additional pillow. The staff delivered it within minutes. The quick response made the experience comfortable. Their service approach seemed well coordinated.
