Cyber Inn

I travel a lot for work and leisure, and this is one of the very, very few places I’ve been to that I picked my bags up, demanded a refund, and left. There was mold on pillows, stains on bedding, “stuff” on mirrors, mildew in the showers. The gentleman at the desk was nice enough and tried to put me in a “clean” room. The second room had someone’s hair already in the shower and even more mold/mildew than the first room. I took pictures but the review isn’t giving me the option to post them. Do not stay here. Staff was pleasant though.

The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were having trouble with our virtual card when checking in for the reservation. She knew exactly what to do. She was very patient and kind. The location was great. However, they only have showers. I would have loved a bathtub. The room was clean, the lobby was clean, and the parking lot was clean.

I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel on November 24, 2025. I checked in and placed my belongings in the room briefly. When I returned to the lobby, the front desk employee spoke to me in a belittling and disrespectful way while a coffee machine was overflowing. When I questioned why I was being spoken to like that, the situation escalated instead of being resolved. Management came out and did not de-escalate the situation. Instead of correcting the behavior, they involved law enforcement. I was told to leave the property even though I had just checked in, and I was unable to stay the night or receive the lodging I paid for. No one deserves to feel unsafe, disrespected, or belittled when they are paying for a place to stay. Travelers deserve to feel welcome, valued, and treate

After staying at several hotels in the area, Cyber Inn delivered by far the best experience for the best price. Awesome water pressure in the shower, nice firm mattresses, a large fridge and separate freezer, super fast wi-fi, and several other thoughtful touches. The front desk people were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the housekeeper was kind. This will be my go to hotel for future stays. Forget the huge chains - this hotel cares!!

I was absolutely pleased with my staff! My room was super clean and it smelled fresh. The staff is very pleasant and this hotel provides great value for what its worth! The breakfast was good with fresh coffee in the morning. I will be back as this hotel is convenient for my work and traveling back and forth!!
