Cutwater Inn & Suites

What a great property! The location is perfect - you can walk to EVERYTHING.....the accommodations were incredible, too...we had a three bedroom suite and I have to say that the mattresses and pillow were AMAZING....even the pull out couch was super comfy. The property's decor and design are very modern and fitting for the area, and it was very clean as well. The host was very responsive and the instructions were easy to follow. All of the little extras (coffees, teas, snacks, etc.) were such a great touch. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property and if ever back in town will definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at the Cutwater Inn & Suites, and both visits have been fantastic. The property feels fresh and well cared for, and my room was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up for a relaxing stay.||There isn’t anyone onsite, but it honestly worked great, everything is handled smoothly via email/text, and check-in/check-out were straightforward. The location also made it easy to walk into downtown Newburyport for dinner, coffee, and exploring.||If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place on the North Shore with an easy vibe and a convenient spot, this is a solid choice. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Our families were in town for a wedding, and rented two rooms, The Grand Suite and the Crow's Nest. Both were beautiful, modern amenities, very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with everything you need. We were surprised at how much room we had. The location is perfect, right near Market Square downtown within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and responsive. The cleaning person took care of our rooms early so that we could get in and change for the event. We received texts and emails and they checked in frequently. I would highly recommend staying here!

A lovely anniversary trip to do some shopping, eating and connecting. The suite was very comfortable and had everything necessary for a weekend stay. The heater in the bathroom was a nice touch all the amenities were great. Didn’t get to use the outdoor space as it was quite cold. The check in and out process so super simple and the location of the hotel is fantastic walkable to everything downtown. The only complaint would be that the first floor suite could hear the upstairs activity pretty clearly.

The Cutwater Inn & Suites was a magnificent place for us to stay for New Year's Eve. We stayed in the Crow's Nest room and it was ADORABLE. Everything was beautifully done - the furnishings, decor, vibe, the bedding...even blackout curtains! Chef's kiss! I could not recommend this place enough. Getting code and in and out was a breeze. Cute little coffee and snack station available to guests as well. We loved it!
