Crystal Dunes

**** DONT STAY HERE******Im posting this review because of the mismanagement done by Crystal Dunes. My family of 5 booked our vacation the week of Dec 28th 2025. They should have warned us that there was extensive remodeling going on all of the balconies instead of letting us pay all the money and not be able to use the deck prior to our arrival. They moved all of the furniture inside the condo blocking our views. We would have booked somewhere else if we would have known this upfront. They obviously only care about taking your money. I even asked for some money back which was ignored.

We LOVED our stay here! We booked with Five Star Properties and they were fantastic. No one wanted to leave. The condo we stayed in was incredibly sound proof from other condos which was so nice. It was updated and clean. The elevators were a little slow towards the end of our stay but it wasn’t always like that. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well. Always clean and the maintenance man on duty, we ran into him a few times and he was super nice. We will definitely be back!

The condo we stayed in (601) was nice and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was roomy enough for the 6 of us. However, all of the mattresses except for one needed to be replaced. Also, the water pressure was not great in any of the showers except in one bathroom that had a handheld sprayer attachment. We ended up just using that shower. The upstairs had carpet which we didn’t notice when we were booking or we wouldn’t have chosen this condo. As for the property, the housekeeping/maintenance were very quick to respond. However the pool was always freezing cold. It really should be a heated pool so it can actually be used since it’s not beachside and is never in the sun. Great location, gorgeous views, with a private beach. This condo is gated and is very family oriented. My family and I love staying here and you will too!
