Crystal Beach Oceanfront Hotel

The hotel smelled amazing — it had that modern, luxurious scent, almost like sandalwood. Our room was huge, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The outdoor bar was fantastic, and the waitstaff were truly outstanding. The shower had excellent water pressure, though the tub didn’t drain as well as it could have. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but the location was perfect — just a very quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, everything was wonderful and we had a great stay.

I love the location of this hotel (on the boardwalk). It is clean and the lobby and hallways had a very nice fresh scent. The beds were clean and comfortable although the bathroom was dated. Ms. Sandra at the check-in/out desk was very pleasant and helpful. September is the only time of year that I can afford this location as the Summer rates are increased. The ice machines were convenient the the freezer was great for a small refrigerator. Noise level was low during this time of year. It was a very relaxing trip.

Loved the room & view. Enjoyed talking with the staff. Can't remember the lady's name at front desk but she was so pleasant & made me feel comfortable when the power went out during the nor'easter. A little spooky waking up on the 5th floor with no power. I always wanted to experience a good storm at o.c. & I got it. So glad I stayed & glad I had a flashlight. Looking forward to booking for next year.

Our Crystal Beach stay was perfect! The room was large with very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. We were on the fifth floor which gave us a partial view of the ocean and the town. The AC unit in our room was quiet and efficient. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. All of the staff members we met were so friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking was definitely a plus. We could choose a spot in the garage under the building or the garage directly next door. Because our stay was in October, the bar/cafe was closed for the season, but there were still plenty of restaurants nearby to grab a bite.
