While this establishment is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are spotlessly clean, it was the thoughtful staff with their friendly actions that stood out to me. The food was exceptional as well. I had a ridiculously early flight out and asked for a wake-up call - the call was not only on time, but a second call a few minutes later to ensure I was awake was impressive. This is the kind of care and awareness the staff displays. Thank you!

The title pretty much says it all. The room was spacious, and comfortable enough, but hadn't been updated for a long time. It's not that big a deal, but conveniences we've come to expect, like having outlets to plug in and recharge devices using a USB cable, are missing. ||Management *has* replaced individual shampoo and soap containers with the big ones in the shower, but there's nothing like finding out that there's no soap or shampoo available (because the container is empty) after you've stripped down and gotten wet in the shower. ||The gym and sauna are large and pretty good.

We stayed the weekend of January 2-4, 2026, on 5th floor by stairwell. I called the front desk from my cell phone due to the phone in the room not working, to get help with the shower, water was not coming on, as well as heat in the room. Front desk lady was calling their engineer to help, then 52 minutes later, we called back since no one came, this is late in evening. The front desk clerk [lady] came up and got the shower working. We reminded her about the heat and room phone, not able to call the front desk. Later, the facility brought up two electrical heaters and kept stating our room had been remodeled, and I stated they did a poor job with the heat and electrical system. In the early morning hours, I stated to the front desk that the heaters blew the circuits again and had no power

I typically enjoy my stay and I did overall enjoy my stay. However I was very irritated that another guest was sitting outside listening to music and sports recaps on their phone very loudly at 3:00am. I explained it to the lady at the checkout desk and she did apologize for it. It’s no fault to the hotel that guests don’t respect that it’s 3:30am and want to listen to A Thousand Years, it’s a great song. Other then the guest issue, I was very happy with my stay

Overall, a good hotel. The lobby, restaurant and facilities are decent. The room I stayed in, opened directly to the outside, more like a motel as opposed to a typical hotel. The rooms themselves are a little dated, but overall clean and comfortable.
