I had a wonderful experience thanks to Nick at the front desk. He was working the night shift and truly made my day. Nick was funny, uplifting, and incredibly welcoming. His positive attitude and sense of humor turned a simple check-in into a genuinely pleasant moment. You can tell that he really loves his job, and it shows in the way he treats guests. Nick is a great example of what the service industry is all about—kindness, professionalism, and making people feel valued. I just wanted to share the fantastic time my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. Right from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a lovely aroma that really set the mood for our visit. A big shoutout to Rona at the front desk for being so courteous and for giving us an upgrade to a room with an amazing lake view. This is our go-to travel hotel when we have late night flights, and we’re grateful for the staff. They’re outstanding professionals who are friendly and helpful every time we stay. Jefferson at the front desk is awesome. The room was spotless and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and I appreciated the wonderful server’s help in keeping the breakfast and coffee warm for my delayed partner. We appreciate the safe parking and the airport shuttle service.

Checkin was smooth, however busy. There are many flight crews that stay there, so, might have a wait to checkin. Room was okay, could have been cleaner. Bed was comfy, enough plugins for the tech. Restaurant was good, Bar tender was lovely & very helpful. The shuttle was awesome! Had to leave at 3:00 am and they were johnny on the spot! Shuttle runs 24x7 and that is one of the main reasons i chose this place! I shall return when back in the area!

We’ve hosted an annual business conference here for years, and somehow it gets better and better each year. Better food. Better service. Better rooms. Better everything. I feel like every year I’m surprised by how many improvements have been made even though everything was already great. Plus, the entire staff is amazing, especially Stefanie and Kevin. I truly love staying here.
