Cresthill Resort

The PERFECT getaway! Our cabin was clean and very well supplied. Unlike some other places, conveniences like bedding, towels, and paper products were included. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, a stove and oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the whole place was clean and well cared for. You can bring your own boat or use theirs or their kayaks. Very quiet setting, right on the beautiful water that's perfect for kayaking, etc. The owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the rates were very reasonable. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. 5 whole-hearted thumbs up. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I have stayed at Cresthill the past two years and booked a cabin for next year! The cabins are clean and well equipped and the atmosphere is exactly what we need to relax. We love to kayak and it's one of the better places to do so. Scott and Kay are very welcoming and accommodating and their new puppy Rose is a delight! We look forward to many more years of spending time with them. (We time our stay during the annual Art Crawl which is a fabulous event!)

Have been going here for family vacation for many years. Scott and Kay (owners) are always so gracious and helpful. Lodging is old but clean and quaint. Kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, and paddleboards are provided for guests free of charge. And the lake is quiet enough to use them without worrying about getting hit by a boat. Overall, great resort!

Your blood pressure will decrease just stepping onto the property. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cabins equipped with everything we could have needed . It was steps from the lake and plenty of room for our family of five. Our kids loved the water activities, swimming, fishing, boating,catching frogs and turtles, etc. We utilized the fire pit every night. There is a centrally located wood playset for kids.The owners were knowledgeable about local activities and couldn't have been more accommodating. This resort is perfect for groups, reunions , etc. There are several lodging options. We took a leap of faith coming here, not knowing the area. Boy, are we glad we did! The Cresthill Resort is fun, clean, peaceful and serene.

The lake is beautiful and they have a pontoon boat, fishing boats, kayaks, canoes and stand-up paddle available plus a fabulous bonfire site. Cabin was clean and pleasant. The hosts, Scott and Kate, were so attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Kate even brought us vegetables from her garden and Scott loaned us fishing gear. Definitely recommend!
