Amazing staff!! Friendly residents. It's surprisingly quiet. Owner personally welcomes you when you arrive. Assists with backing into the enormous covered spaces. Allows pets without a deposit. Allows packages and mail delivered to the RV park address. Enough room at every space under the cover to park two vehicles next to your RV.
Great place great sunset and sunrise views, very relaxing and quiet needles to say the owner is super friendly...
You won't ever meet a nicer owner. I've really enjoyed the stay. Actually I am still here. The big thing about this park is you have room to keep your rig underneath, and your truck or vehicle. I even have a fairly big dog run set up too. By covered, I mean shaded! This place should be called Shaded Zone RV Park!
Big space. Quite. Very nice and kind people. Surely I recommend this rv park..
Best shade in all of Monahans and has quite the friendliest owner you will have a good experience and a peaceful stay guaranteed!
