Satco RV Park

We stayed at Satco for about 4 months. We were able to get a covered space and the price was fair, the management was great. The only complaints I had were multiple screws in under and around where the covered tops were installed and the sewer lines on the dump were a little high, but all in all it was very quiet with little to no outside traffic or noise would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Management is super nice and always willing to help. You get a private modem from Management with a cable box as well. The internet is great & strong enough for gaming, streaming or work from home. Plenty of property for kids to run around & play. Designated area for truckers to park. No extra amenities such as playground or laundromat but you are only about 5-10 mins from the nearest park or laundromat.

Owners are great people, they care! They are flexible and are willing to work with you. The only reason I left is because my job was an hour away, otherwise I would have been there for a long time! It’s a quiet place also, and I never had any problems with anyone at all, they are also dog lovers like myself so that gives them extra points in my eyes 😊

We have stayed in several RV parks across the state, especially in west Texas and Satco is by far the best one yet. The owners are so incredibly friendly and try their best to do whatever they can to accommodate you. I can call or text with any concerns and they immediately help me. The spaces are huge and not trashed out like most out here. They even have wired in cable and WiFi which makes things so much easier than everyone in the park sharing a few routers and overloading it. If you’re looking for a place call them and they will help!

Place was sold new owners going cheap so internet is about to be bad and won't be providing cable so it's got worse they did drop price to 500 but other places cheaper with same thing they are going to offer they have not realized internet was best selling point of this place. Several people have already moved out since change over started. Park is clean though and sure the owner is nice but they wanting to cut cost is all that's happening. Frustrating
