From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The front desk team was friendly and helpful, and anytime I needed support, customer service responded quickly and professionally. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—everything was well maintained. For the price, the facilities and overall experience were a great value. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place to stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good two of three mornings. Not sure what happened the third morning but the hashbrowns were terrible. Beds were comfy. It was well worth what I paid and if I head back that way I will stay again.

My wife booked the stay online and paid extra for the larger studio room. When we checked in she noticed it wasn’t the room we booked. We went and talked to the lady at the desk and she was trying to tell us that the pictures online were older pictures and haven’t been updated but we were in the room that we booked. My wife asked to look at the other room which the lady told us about and there was one vacant room but the ac was out. When we went into the room it was identical to the pictures online and was actually the room we were supposed to have but with the ac out they put us in an older handicap accessible room. It took us 3 days before we were actually able to move to the correct room and not one time did anyone try to offer to give us extra money we spent for the room that we didn’t

Nice clean and quiet rooms, laundry and outdoor kitchen and grills. Full size refrigerators and mini kitchen to cook. All the hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant with anything needed. This hotel is 100 percent a step up from when it was Microtel. The owners and staff here are definitely taking pride in making this a nicer place to stay.

No breakfast is served here, don’t be fooled like I was! Also no pool was available “due to maintenance” so both the reasons why I chose to stay here were not available. Also, this place is super loud in general, not just because it’s close to the highway 😅
