Courtyard by Marriott St Louis Downtown West

Location is premium. You can anywhere you’d want to go within 15 min. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are decent. Fitness center is better than most. Staff is nice. That said, costs money to park, and no free breakfast or coffee. So you’ll have to weight what’s important.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Downtown St. Louis that is clean, friendly, safe, and up to date, then look no further. From check-in to check-out the experience was very good. All of the staff were very courteous, helpful, and professional. The workers at the front were beyond exceptional and helped with any and every question I threw at them. The room had everything we needed and was very clean to match. The other areas of the hotel were fantastic including the lobby area that had a restaurant called "The Bistro" which served a fantastic breakfast (Starbucks coffee) and dinner with cocktails. The overall look of the Lobby is very modern and clean and there are plenty of places to lounge and relax while watching TV or using the free WiFi. The gym area had everything you needed

I had a 4 night stay here for business. Good price. But you get what you paid for: 1. No breakfast included while it says the room fee comes with breakfast 2. overnight parking charge is $18 though in suburb area it's overcharged 3. AC comes with loud noise. Bistro cost is high, you would prepare $30 ($25+$5 tips) for a regular breakfast here though the value is just half. Regret to book here. Won't book here anymore.

Everything you'd expect from a Courtyard, with the big plus that the staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were here for a big event with a lot of people in our group. Every time we asked a question we got a prompt, thorough answer. Every time we had an issue with our room it was immediately addressed. They gave great advice on places to eat and how to get around. Would definitely return.

Hotel was renovated nicely, though they removed the pool. Room was nice and front desk was responsive. Unfortunately, I left my Yeti cup in the room with my road beverages and when I called back to have it shipped to me, the managers stated housekeeping did not find it. I know the cup was left in the room with my drinks, therefore, I can only come to the conclusion that houskeeping did not follow the Marriott policy regarding lost and found items. Be it stolen or thrown away.
