Courtyard by Marriott Southington

Outstanding service! My wife has an event there this weekend and the staff has been amazing. Her guest room is also very clean and comfortable. The bistro and bar area is also a bonus, its right in the lobby area with very comfortable seating. The decor in the lobby area is very well set up and looks amazing. Plus is that there's Plenty of stuff to do in the area as well. Definitely A+ for this place. Thank you for making my wife's event and stay there amazing.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, because we were in town for a wedding. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The microwave and refrigerator definitely came in handy. There are plenty of parking spots, but they charge $3 to park your car. The gym had several treadmills, no machines and only a few dumbbells. Overall, a good stay.

Positive: The hotel staff were all very friendly Negative: My refrigerator has not been cleaned out and smelled badly. Also the shower had two shampoo bottles but no body wash. I had a packed schedule so didn?t have time to report it to the front desk.

We stayed at this hotel recently for three nights as a part of the wedding party for my niece's wedding. Excellently appointed rooms made for a really comfortable stay, spacious rooms and bathrooms, super-comfy beds and other room furniture, excellent location. Most importantly, ALL the Staff was super duper nice, very friendly, polite, courteous, flexible - and trusting - I was just floored! At check-out (Oct 4, 2025), David at the front desk was very efficient and flexible - as was the lady working with him - one more example of how they treat guests. If you are looking to stay in the area, DO NOT hesitate - even for a moment - just book it.

Rooms were good but very disappointed walk into room and they have the thermostat set to 62 when it 6 degrees outside took a long time to bring it up to 6. Also stopped at their inhouse Starbucks ordered and Americano and she put in about 90 percent water felt like I was drinking hot water unbelievable need to train their help more. Also my room safety lock was broken and deadbolt did not work either
