Courtyard by Marriott Missoula

We had so much fun at your hotel, thank you very much! I really appreciate Kendra sending our left item to UPS. We received it UPS today. I appreciate you guys always being courteous, giving us towels for the pool and the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. Thank you for the yummy water at the bar. We will surely visit again. I appreciate you means a lot!

We actually stayed in 2 different rooms. After checking out we ended up having to come back later in the day and stay an additional day. Both rooms were great. Beds are very comfortable, assortment of pillow types to choose from, nice large shower (not part of a tub/shower combo). I'd make sure to check if you must have a tub. This is our go to place when we frequent Missoula. We have family in Missoula so we have tried many hotels over the years and this is the best.

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel does not even offer a cup of coffee or bagel in the breakfast area. You have to purchase breakfast separately.

We made sure they had a pool and a hot tub. But they forgot to mention the hot tub doesn't work and pool wasn't heated. The night help stopped me from going to my pickup to get bottled water, because he had some right there. I thanked him, then noticed he charged me $4 a bottle to my room. Nothing is complimentary there!! We stay in Missoula a lot. We definitely will be finding a place that is more accommodating and friendly. Oh, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

We had a great experience staying here! From the moment we walked in the door, the entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fresh and clean, the beds were really comfy and everything seemed brand new. Our room was really quiet and we had such a restful night. A special shout out to Kendra and Conor who helped resolve an issue with the billing (which was on my end not theirs). They were both so patient, kind, understanding, and helpful! I would most definitely stay here again!!!
