Choose a different hotel if you want good customer service! I stay at Marriott properties weekly and consistently choose Marriott because of the level of service and reliability I expect. Unfortunately, this recent experience was very disappointing. Three days prior to my arrival, I messaged the hotel requesting a top-floor room. Three days before my stay, I received confirmation that my request would be honored. The day of arrival, I received a notification assigning me a bottom-floor room instead. When I called the hotel to clarify, the customer service I received was the worst I have experienced at a Marriott property. The staff member was dismissive and rude. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told, essentially, “we don’t have any more rooms,” with no attempt to acknowledge t

Positive: The cleaning crew was soo friendly! Negative: They have MOLD EVERYWHERE! I have pictures! We had to change rooms bc the first one smelled like mold and the second had it in the closet.. they had poop stains on the bed.. had to sleep on top sheet on opposite side of bed.. hot tub was broken

I went to have a little celebration with my kids and a few of their friends to celebrate passing in school and for myself and the other parents to relax. None of that happened. First room we went to already had luggage, get to our room go downstairs the jacuzzi was out and the restaurant was closed. Then the top to the trashcan was on the ground outside the pool area cut my sons foot. Go up to the room tv wasn’t working and ac went out. Go downstairs other customers complaining about toilets overflowing and another customer talking about cockroaches in his room. The young lady at the desk was very nice and overwhelmed she was the only one there she told me all she could do was put us in another room,so we moved all of our things to another room. I will admit upon arrival finding out after we checked in that the jacuzzi was not working was a disappointment because that is the reason we chose this hotel. However the customer service made up for that ...Chris at the front desk stayed on task and was very attentive. Amoni at the bar was amazing, I came and had espresso martinis every time I came back to the hotel just because she was so welcoming and fun. All of the staff greeted me at all times. And even as I left I stopped for breakfast and there was a new young lady named Laylia she was great and Hannah's assistance provided a great start to my day. Be careful and check your receipts! My stay included breakfast, but I was still charged $7.09 for a cup of coffee. Even though the coffee was part of the 'free' breakfast, the charge was added anyway. Verify your bill before you leave.
