This stay checked a lot of boxes right away 😊🏨. The room was spacious and well designed, with a sleeper couch, roll out desk, space saving cabinets, plus a fridge and microwave which was definitely a win 🛋️🧊. The pool is open from 6 pm to 11 pm 🏊♀️✨, and the gym being 24 hours made it easy to fit in a workout whenever ⏰💪. There is a train nearby, so be mindful if you’re sensitive to sound 🚆👂, though for me it felt oddly comforting and familiar. The lobby is open and inviting, with an attentive bistro service area that made hanging out easy ☕🍽️. We loved having plenty of restaurants within walking distance, along with a bistro and bar on site, and we took advantage of both nights 🍸🚶♀️. Out back, there’s a lovely patio with a fire pit 🔥, perfect for hot cocoa and relaxed chats with friends
Very clean. Great location. Staff was very nice. We stayed in a double bed/sleeper sofa room and it was perfect for a family of 5. Be aware the sleeper sofa is only big enough for one child, but it was perfect for us. We will stay again when we are in the area.
Friendly staff, clean large room, and clean lobby. The Hotel was so quite and peaceful. Nice size TV in room with fridge and microwave. First I was disappointed that they were no free breakfast as in most hotels. Having a bite in the morning is refreshing. But, I realize that having a nice room at lower cost is better option. My suggestion is to have free coffee if nothing else. I did enjoy the stay and would return again.
Overall the hotel is nice, clean, and fairly well-appointed. The parking is confusing - we came in on a weekend so it was "park anywhere, even the office parking," but I can imagine during the week when you have to be in a specific space due to the office building it could be confusing and a long walk. I don't mind not having a free breakfast since nowhere does it say there is a free breakfast. The biggest complaint is the shower. There is no door, so water gets all over the floor, and the temperature handle is so far from the shower head that it takes quite a while to get the temperature right. One morning it took more than 6 minutes to get hot water, and then it was scalding, and took quite a long time to get it just right. But campus and downtown are a short drive away so a perfect s
Excellent stay. Very clean rooms and common areas. The best part of this Marriott is the service. The front desk was amazing, as we were coming in later at night. Helped us with parking. The next morning we had breakfast at the Bistro and the food was great. The service was even better. We stay at many Marriotts, this is one of the best.
