Courtyard by Marriott Fort Myers Cape Coral

Positive: It's a Marriott property, what's not to like? Negative: Nothing I didn't like. The staff was excellent and I was appreciated by them. It's a PEOPLE BUSINESS, not a ROOM BUSINESS.

My son and I came for PG baseball and it honestly was a perfect stay because of the staff. Best customer service I have experienced since pre COVID! It was one of those trips were things came up and they went above and beyond to help and accomodate: Nothing major but unexpected asks and they never acted put out. From the front desk, to the deli to the cleaning service. 10 stars!|We didn’t eat here until the last day but we regretted it because the food was great! Loved the avocado toast, definitely the meatballs and margarhetta flatbread. In the morning, the GM passed out fresh squeezed juice samples that were delicious! Nicely run and well done! Amazing service.

Would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Had a room reserved over a week in advance, got to the hotel to check in and was informed my room had been sold to someone else and the hotel was at capacity. Ended up having to find another hotel on our own. Thank goodness the la Quinta hotel around 3 0 minutes away had room and happily welcomed us! I travel often and am titanium status with Marriott and had never experienced an issue where my reserved room was sold to another person.

We had a great experience at the Courtyard Marriott. We hosted my son’s wedding welcome reception in here and it was the perfect laid-back space for guests to relax, mingle, and kick off the weekend. The staff was fantastic and made sure we had extra help for the evening, which made everything run smoothly. A big thank-you to the management team for all the prep ahead of time and for being there the night of the reception — it truly made a difference. We also had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean and easy. We’d absolutely recommend this Courtyard Marriott and would happily stay here again.

I was put up for a work trip here and I will say the hotel isn’t the best but it’s not bad at all. All the workers I’ve met have been super nice. I got coffee from the “Starbucks” downstairs everyday and while it is Starbucks coffee they don’t have any options really. But the people working there were also very nice & the place was very clean. The whole hotel is pretty clean. Would I stay here again? Yea because the price is right, the location is perfect for me and the people were very nice. So def recommend for a stay. (Bring your own pillows, that goes for most hotels tho)
