Courtyard by Marriott Denton

Room was clean and bed was comfortable but we had some TV issues. Hotel service was kind, friendly, and helpful but there were things missing. There was no hotel coffee offered, even in the mornings. The only coffee was the coffee that had to be paid for at the hotel restaurant. That was disappointing. Also the hot tub was out of order and the swimming pool was smaller than imagined. Nice patio and courtyard though with a fire pit. Overall nice stay, just no hot tub as advertised and no coffee? Do better. Everyone, everywhere offers coffee and tea regardless of in hotel restaurants.

Everything about this hotel is great. One little thing missing are the usb charging ports. Travel with a cube. Room is very clean, staff is very friendly. Especially Michelle in the bistro. She is top notch!

Positive: The staff! They were ALL so kind and helpful. We truly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms as well. Negative: No coffee in lobby was unfortunate. And a complementary continental breakfast (coffee & muffins or danishes) would have been helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Courtyard by Marriott – Denton, TX The Courtyard Marriott in Denton is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern, and the beds are perfect after a long day. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything you need. The hotel is quiet, well-maintained, and in a convenient location close to restaurants, stores, and the highway. The lobby and common areas are inviting, and the on-site bistro is a great option for a quick bite or coffee. Overall, a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely book here again when I’m in Denton.

The reason I'm giving a low score on service was because of the bistro. The desk clerk was friendly and did a great job, but was new. Since this hotel has made to order food, and I wasn't informed otherwise, I mistakenly assumed there was no deadline on the breakfast service. Turns out it ended at 930. I got to the front desk at 935, and asked the clerk about breakfast since I didn't see anyone working. I had paid extra for the room with breakfast. He called the breakfast person as I walked over to the food counter. When she didn't come out,he walked over to ask her. When he came out, he apologized but said breakfast had ended. Right after that, the breakfast person came out. She was in a hurry, and although I was nearby, never came to apologize, offer me something that wouldn't require
