We stayed here for one night on our way from PA to Florida. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is very close to the highway so easy on and off. There is a walkable Sonic and a very close Wendy's and gas station. I think this hotel is geared more towards business travelers that over-nighters as there are several walkable businesses nearby and the other travelers we encountered appeared to be more business oriented. It would be nice if there were complimentary breakfast but there is a small bistro with coffee and light meals for purchase. We enjoyed our stay enough to book it again on our way home. I am currently staying here for my husbands BCT Graduation from Fort Jackson, 10/10 would highly recommend. The location is perfect from the base. The rooms are clean, the staff is more than accommodating and it’s quiet. Upon my arrival Ms. Barbara made me feel welcome and her warm demeanor made me feel safe. She congratulated my husband and I for our accomplishment which makes a huge impact after going through the 10 week period of being apart. Ms. April and Ms. Rebecca were also very helpful when I lost my room key, wanted to make a purchase at the mini market and inquired on some good eats in the area. The staff at this hotel are exceptional and truly make the experience outstanding. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure every guest’s needs are met. The meeting space was well-prepared and perfectly suited for our family's Meet & Greet gathering. Guest rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable, providing a restful stay. The team showed great flexibility in accommodating guests with special needs and in handling unexpected travel disruptions, ensuring everyone remained comfortable and connected. I will likely not return to this location. I have stayed here multiple times in the past, often booking through Priceline, and recently started using the Marriott app to accumulate points. My previous stays were generally pleasant, with decent rooms, a nice lobby, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was a very different experience. At check-in, I was met with no greeting and felt uncomfortable as the front desk clerk simply stared at me when I approached the desk. The check-in process itself was also unpleasant. I was given a hard time because I wanted to use a different credit card (still in my name) for the incidental hold. The clerk insisted that the same card used to book the reservation had to be used at check-in to avoid chargebacks. I have never been told this at
