God awful management and rules. Everything is run down and ridiculous. Rules are outrageous for a place like this and nothing ever gets improved. Rent is also way too high for a low income area and you have to tend to way too much on your own. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There is onsite management and new property owners. There are multiple homes for sale and one lot available to move a home onto. Shawntelle is the manager and she is super sweet! The property has been cleaned up a lot and improvements are being made every day.

The place is run down management rarely evry comes through, there all on a community water line so when someone bust your pipes youll have a much bigger water bill you can call to dispute it but they refuse too kick out the guy who keeps busting his pipes.

I hate living here and this place is a home for us someone needs too report this here the owners she is trying to kick us of here in 30 days for no reason at all.

I love it here. It is safer than it was before. The manager Christal is on top of her game and I feel safe here.
