Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lewisville, TX

Positive: Easily accessible from the highway and lots of restaurants close by. Negative: The room was unclean and the hotel was under remodeling with junk in hallways. The breakfast area was terrible and limited. The juice machine was out of order. We killed a couple bugs in our room and saw lots of them in the hallways too.

The roaches did me in. The service was fine. I don’t mind that the place is under renovation. But the size of the roaches lol no. And it was every day out of the bathroom. It’s a no go for me. I’m surprised as the location is decent and surrounded by name hotels. I added a picture of one of the larger ones I had to kill in the bathroom. This was no joke. Trust the other reviews on this location.

Terrible. Came wanting to relax and get work done. Wound up stuck in the elevator. Management refused a refund despite being there when it happened. The only compensation was candy from the store. Breakfast was literally reheated from the morning before. As someone who works in food service, this is not only dangerous, it's grounds to be shut down. Fridge in the room didn't work either. Woke up to the smell of weed and heavily spiced food wafting into my room from somewhere on the floor. Between the poor maintenance, disregard for safety, and lack of professionalism from management, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Terrible!! I wasn’t expecting much considering the low rate but this place is total garbage. Smells bad and staff is terrible. I booked a King Suite with an additional sofa bed for myself and my kiddos. No mattress on the sofa bed, no pillows, no blankets and no help from the staff. They actually argued with me that this was how a sofa bed was supposed to be. Are you kidding me! Booked 2 nights and getting a refund for the 2nd night. I have videos as proof. They don’t care here!!

Towels and bed linen were dirty. There was body hairs on furniture, bed linen and towels. The room had an old smell like it was mold. The furniture had white stains. The bed was wobbly it felt like it was going to break every time you move in bed. Behind the bed frame there was a lot of food crumbs and popcorn. Towels had black tiny dots that it seems like it was bed bugs. The whole hotel looked like it was falling apart, like it was demolishing. The elevator button did not work well. It was broken hard to click on it. The elevator itself the door was slowly opening. The elevator was going slowly and shaking when going up to the 3rd floor. The elevator was not safe at all to use. Me and my boyfriend checked out early after about 2 hours because we did not feel comfortable with our stay.
