Customer Reviews
I absolutely do not understand the 1 star reviews. The rooms were clean and vacuumed, the sheets were perfect, the beds were a touch firm, but perfect for those who need back support, the pillows were soft and comfy (with lots of them). And they provided an additional comforter, blanket, and pillows when asked. The A/C dropped down to 66 in minutes of turning it on (because of course they raise them when no one is there to save energy costs). The only thing I can think is that people think they can demand a lot more for their money than they should -- with luxury demands at non-luxury hotels. They may have their opinion, but I disagree.
The positives about the stay were the breakfast was good and hot, there was a variety too. The bathroom in the room was spotless and very clean. The negatives were the door was sticking upon arrival and would stick throughout are whole stay. The rooms carpets could use a good deep clean. There was spots and stains all throughout the room. Rooms either need an update or just a deep clean. The staff was friendly too. Other than those negative things we slept pretty good.
Hotels needs updated, wasn’t dirty and the cleaners came everyday, but it definitely needs an overhaul. Also, the gym is very old, nothing works, and the mats on treadmills is totally torn up. And there is no guest laundry at all. Breakfast could be better too.
Positive: The location was great Negative: They advertised that they had a hot tub but they did not. The business center and the laundry room were both broken. We had no hot water for days and the staff and the manager were very rude.
The rooms needed attention. The chair in the room was heavily stained, looked very dirty and had a burnt spot. We did not sit in it. The carpet was old and look dirty and not in good condition. The walls also were not clean. The hotel needs some serious updating. I also found a baby roach on the bathroom floor.
