For $95 per night, including taxes and fees, this is a great value. Just keep your expectations in check. The hotel and the room are modern and clean, the mattress and pillows are fine. The towels are almost as thin as the one ply toilet paper and the indoor/outdoor carpet, the bathroom fixtures are definitely basic grade (but they work fine), and the breakfast is not quite what you'd get at a Marriott or Hilton property. Again, it was perfect for what we wanted, and we'd stay again.

It is okay, if all I am looking for is an overnight for work and not actually visiting or working out of this location. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower got the job done. The receptionist when I checked in was wonderful and very cheerful. However, the room has inadequate lighting for my taste. One overhead light in the hallway and none in the bedroom area. The wattage of the bulb in the hallway was dim. Felt like I was walking into a cave. The mini fridge did not have a working freezer section. The overall size of the room is somewhat small. The GFI outlet in the bathroom does not work. Breakfast was too late for me to eat before I needed to check out.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel between Christmas and New Year’s Eve 2025. We had two couples in two rooms. We were extremely satisfied. Rooms were nice and clean, and everything worked as expected. ||Frederick was a great place to stay. We felt safe in the area, and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. We spent one day in Frederick, and the second day we drove to the Shady Grove DC Metro Station, where there was plenty of parking for a good price, and we used the subway to get to Museum of the Bible in DC.||This hotel had no swimming pool, hot tub, or sauna, but the free breakfast was good and well stocked. The hotel had free parking and friendly service for a very reasonable price.

Love the location and the hotel is nice and clean. Love the 24/7 coffee bar. Easy parking. I also was so pleased to have a room on the first floor by request. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty standard hotel, nothing special but not bad. The walls are pretty thin so we could hear all the people in the surrounding rooms. The breakfast was the best part. Location was alright in the middle of a major commercial district. But the sheets/bed were clean and so was the room that was the most important part.
